![]() ![]() I then click on my standalone window, and it now looks cross eyed. Once booted, the small SteamVR Window appears and everything lights up green. So I click on my editor again like I did previously, but this time does not work. SteamVR compositor issue: Since today I am not able to run SteamVR. In order to communicate with the device, we first need a runtime called SteamVR which is part of Valve Steam application. My game is still running in the standalone window and moving my hmd, makes my level orientate accordingly. You selected the issue: 'Compositor is not fullscreen' / Display is red A red screen will show in the headset anytime the compositor cant go full screen. Okay now I stop game and press vr preview again, this time I get compositor is not fullscreen and in my hmd, I see a red background with my base stations still visible. Head tracking, screen orientation and everything else works perfect till this point. I have already bought my games on the steam vr store to and when i check the performance graph in Oculusdebugtools it says im losing compositor frames. I then move my cursor and click on my Unreal editor(not on the standalone vr preview window), and then it correctly displays my level in my hmd. Preview launches but my hmd still shows my VR blue vive screen(the blue one with planet and stars). Step 2: Unplug the power and USB cord from the PC side of the link box (meaning NOT the orange side of the link box). At first I get this status below and my vr compositor window is empty( but in my hmd it correctly displays the vive screen(the blue one with planet and stars) that allows me to view my base stations and access the steam vr control panel in vr) ![]()
